With more than forty years of experience, attorney William R. McNally represents clients in cases involving governmental and municipal law, contracts, estate planning, trusts and probate. He earned his Juris Doctor in 1973 from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, GA and has earned bar admissions from Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. McNally also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John’s University. He is an active member of the Fayette County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the City Attorney Section of the Georgia Municipal Association, Lawyers Club of Atlanta, American Judicature Society and the Attorney Section of the Association of County Commissioners of Georgia for which he served as President from 1993 to 1995. McNally was named Outstanding Business Person of the Year for Fayette County by the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce in 1987 and is also a past President of the Rotary Club of Fayetteville and a past Chairman of the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce.
