OUR TEAM
Attorney Philip P. Grant serves clients in cases of family law and divorce, custody and visitation, personal injury or wrongful death, wills and estates as well as general litigation. He devotes more than 90% of his practice to litigation drawing on more than 30 years of professional experience. Mr. Grant has earned bar admissions from Georgia, the U.S. District Court Northern District of Georgia, the U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
Grant earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law in Knoxville, TN in 1987 and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee. He is an active member of the Rotary Club of Fayetteville, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Lawyers Club of Atlanta and the Fayette County Bar Association for which he served as President in 1993.
