OUR TEAM
Attorney Meredith F. McClure represents clients in cases of family law and divorce, custody and visitation, adoptions, personal injury and general litigation devoting more than 90% of her practice to litigation. Ms. McClure earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in Athens, GA in 2006 and also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia. She has earned bar admissions from Georgia, the U.S. District Court Northern District of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. Ms. McClure is an active member of the Fayette County Bar Association.
Ms. McClure is certified as a Guardian Ad Litem and looks to serve the best interest of children who are sometimes caught in the middle of family law cases.
Ms. McClure is also extremely active in her community. She is a member and co-chair of the Northwest Buckhead Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA) Friends Group and serves on the CHOA Friends Board. She is also a member of the Atlanta Lawyers Club, a member of the Board of Directors of Northside Methodist Preschool, co-chair of the Parents’ Council for Northside Methodist Preschool, serves on PTA Leadership at Morris Brandon Elementary School and teaches Sunday School at Northside Methodist Church in Atlanta, Georgia.
Ms. McClure is married to Matthew McClure, a partner with the general contracting firm of Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC. They have two daughters, ages 3 and 6 years, and make their home in Atlanta.
